Effective Date: 15th September 2026
Last Updated: 16th September 2026

These Rules of Participation (“Rules”) govern the operational requirements of the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program (“**Program”), operated by Bayi Global Integration FZC LLC (“Bayi Global”).

These Rules should be read together with the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice, Program Disclaimer, and any official training instructions provided by Bayi Global.

Participation in the Program means that an Ambassador agrees to follow these Rules.

1. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

The Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program is a remote, part-time, performance-based opportunity through which approved Ambassadors may introduce and support genuine participants through an approved digital participation pathway.

Ambassadors are rewarded for successfully completed and verified results, not merely for generating registrations, names, clicks, leads or incomplete participants.

The current performance structure is:

50 Verified Qualified Referrals = US$50 Performance Reward

This is a performance-based reward and not a fixed salary or guaranteed income.

2. WHO CAN BECOME AN AMBASSADOR?

Applicants must ordinarily:

  • be at least 18 years old;

  • provide genuine and accurate information;

  • have access to a smartphone and reliable internet;

  • be able to communicate effectively with participants;

  • be willing to learn and follow instructions;

  • be able to provide reasonable follow-up to referrals;

  • complete Bayi Global's required orientation and training;

  • personally understand the participation process before recruiting others; and

  • comply with these Rules and applicable third-party platform rules.

No previous professional referral experience is required unless Bayi Global states otherwise for a particular campaign.

3. THE AMBASSADOR JOURNEY

The standard Ambassador journey is:

APPLY → LEARN → PARTICIPATE → COMPLETE → ACTIVATE → REFER → SUPPORT → VERIFY → EARN

An applicant should not simply register and immediately begin recruiting people.

Before becoming fully activated to recruit under the Program, the applicant may be required to:

1. Apply to Bayi Global
Complete the official Digital Ambassador registration process.

2. Receive an Ambassador Code
Bayi Global may assign a unique tracking identifier such as BGA-0001.

3. Complete Orientation and Training
Understand the Program, third-party platform, qualification process, prohibited conduct and referral requirements.

4. Register Through the Approved Process
Follow the official Bayi Global participation pathway.

5. Complete Required Account Verification
Complete the applicable verification required by the third-party platform.

6. Obtain the Required Participant/Host Status
Where the current campaign requires host status, the Ambassador must complete the applicable host process. Ambassadors are not required to become independent agencies merely to participate in the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program.

7. Personally Complete the Required Participation Process
The Ambassador should experience and understand the process personally before being activated to guide others.

8. Complete the Applicable Final Process/Exchange
Complete the current qualification process as taught during training.

9. Receive Bayi Global Activation
Once the required training and personal participation stages have been completed, Bayi Global may mark the Ambassador as ACTIVATED.

10. Begin Referring and Supporting Participants
The activated Ambassador can then begin building qualifying referral batches.

4. WHY AMBASSADORS COMPLETE THE PROCESS FIRST

Bayi Global requires Ambassadors to understand the process they are promoting.

An Ambassador should not recruit people into a process that the Ambassador does not understand.

Completing the process personally enables an Ambassador to:

  • understand registration;

  • understand verification;

  • understand participation requirements;

  • understand the required completion process;

  • understand how qualification works;

  • answer basic questions accurately;

  • provide better follow-up; and

  • avoid making false or misleading claims.

This requirement is designed to support responsible participation and accurate communication.

5. UNIQUE AMBASSADOR CODE

Bayi Global may assign each Ambassador a unique identifier such as:

BGA-0001

The Ambassador Code belongs to the Ambassador for Program tracking purposes and must be used according to Bayi Global's instructions.

The code may be used to:

  • identify the Ambassador;

  • attribute referrals;

  • track qualification;

  • resolve referral disputes;

  • record completed batches; and

  • administer rewards.

Ambassadors must not intentionally use another Ambassador's code or permit another person to misuse theirs.

6. REFERRAL ATTRIBUTION

A participant must be properly attributed to an Ambassador using the approved Bayi Global tracking method.

Depending on the current process, attribution may involve:

  • Ambassador Code;

  • approved referral link;

  • registration record;

  • platform record;

  • referral nickname/identifier;

  • Bayi Global tracking sheet; or

  • another approved verification method.

Ambassadors are responsible for checking that their referrals follow the correct attribution procedure.

7. MISSING AMBASSADOR CODES

Where a referral fails to include the required Ambassador Code or attribution method, Bayi Global cannot guarantee that the referral will automatically be credited.

However, Bayi Global may consider credible supporting evidence where attribution can be established reasonably and fairly.

Evidence may include:

  • registration timestamps;

  • referral communications;

  • approved links;

  • screenshots;

  • participant confirmation; or

  • Bayi Global records.

This provision exists to prevent genuine Ambassadors from losing legitimate referrals solely because of an obvious administrative mistake while still protecting the Program against false claims.

8. WHAT IS A VERIFIED QUALIFIED REFERRAL?

A person does not become a Qualified Referral simply by registering.

For the current Program pathway, a referral must successfully complete the applicable qualification requirements, including:

1 — REGISTER

Register through the approved Bayi Global participation channel/process.

2 — VERIFY ACCOUNT

Complete the required account verification.

3 — PARTICIPATE

Complete the required participation period.

Under the current Bayi Global pathway, the qualifying requirement communicated to participants is:

3 HOURS DAILY × 7 CONSECUTIVE DAYS

The required participation must be completed according to the current training instructions and without missing the required qualifying days.

4 — COMPLETE THE FINAL PROCESS

Complete the applicable platform participation/qualification requirements.

5 — COMPLETE THE APPLICABLE EXCHANGE/QUALIFICATION STEP

Where the current pathway requires an exchange or other final platform process, that stage must be successfully completed.

6 — BAYI GLOBAL VERIFICATION

Bayi Global checks that the participant is genuine, properly attributed and has completed the applicable requirements.

7 — QUALIFIED

Only after successful verification is the participant recorded as a:

VERIFIED QUALIFIED REFERRAL

9. THE SEVEN-DAY REQUIREMENT

For the current pathway, participants must follow the qualifying seven-day process communicated during training.

The current Bayi Global qualification standard requires:

3 hours daily for all 7 required days.

A participant should therefore not assume that simply opening the platform, briefly logging in or completing only part of the required participation automatically qualifies them for Bayi Global's Ambassador referral requirement.

The participant must complete the required process according to the training instructions applicable at that time.

10. WHAT HAPPENS IF A PARTICIPANT MISSES A REQUIREMENT?

A participant who fails to satisfy the applicable qualification requirements may not count as a Verified Qualified Referral.

For example, where a participant:

  • registers but does not verify;

  • verifies but does not participate;

  • fails to complete the required participation period;

  • fails to complete an applicable final process;

  • does not complete an applicable qualification/exchange stage;

  • abandons participation;

  • is discovered to be fake or duplicate; or

  • otherwise fails the verification requirements,

the participant may remain INCOMPLETE / NOT QUALIFIED for purposes of the Ambassador reward.

This does not necessarily mean that the participant's third-party account becomes invalid. It means that the participant has not satisfied Bayi Global's requirements for that referral to count toward the Ambassador's performance reward.

That distinction is important.

11. THE AMBASSADOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SUPPORT REFERRALS

Ambassadors are not expected merely to send a link and disappear.

They are expected to provide reasonable support to the people they introduce.

This includes:

  • explaining the process accurately;

  • directing referrals to official training;

  • reminding referrals of qualification requirements;

  • encouraging referrals to complete the process;

  • answering reasonable questions;

  • escalating issues to Bayi Global where necessary;

  • helping coordinate the final verification process; and

  • avoiding misleading or exaggerated statements.

The Ambassador is responsible for support and follow-up, but cannot force another individual to complete the process.

12. BAYI GLOBAL'S ROLE

Bayi Global's role may include:

  • administering Ambassador applications;

  • providing training;

  • assigning Ambassador Codes;

  • maintaining referral records;

  • providing operational guidance;

  • supporting Ambassadors;

  • verifying qualifying referrals;

  • coordinating applicable completion procedures;

  • investigating disputes;

  • maintaining batch records; and

  • approving and processing earned performance rewards.

Bayi Global does not guarantee that every person referred by an Ambassador will complete the process.

13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS

The current Program pathway may involve participation through an independent third-party digital platform.

Ambassadors and referrals must follow applicable third-party-platform requirements.

Bayi Global does not authorise Ambassadors to circumvent, manipulate or violate third-party-platform rules.

Because third-party platforms can modify their own systems, some operational requirements may change.

Bayi Global may update its training and Rules where reasonably necessary to reflect legitimate platform changes.

14. FINAL COMPLETION AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

Where an applicable third-party platform requires a final exchange, conversion or similar qualification process, the participant must complete that process according to the current training instructions.

Bayi Global may coordinate or supervise the final stage where appropriate to:

  • confirm completion;

  • reduce errors;

  • protect participants;

  • maintain accurate records; and

  • determine whether the referral qualifies.

No Ambassador should independently promise a participant that any exchange, withdrawal or financial result is guaranteed.

The completion of a platform process and the earning of the Bayi Global Ambassador performance reward are separate matters and should not be misrepresented as the same thing.

15. THE 50-REFERRAL BATCH

An Ambassador's qualifying referrals are accumulated toward a batch.

For example:

Referral 1 → Qualified

Referral 2 → Qualified

Referral 3 → Qualified

...continuing until:

Referral 50 → Qualified

At that point:

50 VERIFIED QUALIFIED REFERRALS

becomes a completed performance batch, subject to final Bayi Global verification.

16. THE US$50 PERFORMANCE REWARD

Upon successful final verification of a completed batch:

50 Verified Qualified Referrals = US$50 Performance Reward

The reward is based on the completed verified batch, not merely the Ambassador's effort or number of attempted referrals.

The following therefore do not independently qualify for US$50:

  • 50 names;

  • 50 leads;

  • 50 clicks;

  • 50 WhatsApp contacts;

  • 50 application forms;

  • 50 registrations;

  • 50 incomplete participants.

The qualifying requirement is 50 Verified Qualified Referrals.

17. COMPLETE. RESTART. KEEP EARNING.

The Program is not limited to one qualifying batch.

Subject to continued Program availability and compliance:

Batch 1

50 Verified Qualified Referrals → US$50

Batch 2

Another 50 Verified Qualified Referrals → another US$50

Batch 3

Another 50 Verified Qualified Referrals → another US$50

And an Ambassador may continue completing additional qualifying batches while the Program remains available and the Ambassador remains in good standing.

NO ONE-BATCH LIMIT

However, every batch must independently satisfy the applicable verification requirements.

18. NO DOUBLE COUNTING

A Qualified Referral used in one completed batch cannot simply be reused in another batch.

For example:

If participants 001–050 formed Batch 1, the Ambassador cannot count those same 50 participants again as Batch 2.

Batch 2 must consist of new, independently qualifying referrals, unless Bayi Global expressly establishes another campaign structure.

19. ONE GENUINE PERSON — ONE GENUINE PARTICIPATION RECORD

Bayi Global operates a real-person participation policy.

Creating multiple accounts for the same individual in order to inflate referral numbers is prohibited.

A participant must not be artificially duplicated merely to increase an Ambassador's qualifying count.

20. NO SELF-REFERRALS

An Ambassador cannot manufacture additional referrals by referring themselves repeatedly through alternative accounts, phone numbers, email addresses or identities.

The Ambassador's own required participation is part of the Ambassador activation/training process and is not automatically treated as one of the Ambassador's external qualifying referrals unless Bayi Global expressly states otherwise.

21. NO BOTS OR AUTOMATED FAKE PARTICIPANTS

Bots, scripts, automated account creation and fabricated digital identities are prohibited.

Technology may be used legitimately for:

  • organization;

  • reminders;

  • scheduling;

  • approved marketing;

  • content creation; and

  • administration.

It may not be used to fabricate human participation or falsify qualification.

22. NO FAKE ACCOUNTS

Ambassadors must not knowingly create, purchase, commission, recruit or submit fabricated accounts.

Where Bayi Global reasonably determines that an account is not genuine, the referral may be disqualified.

23. NO SPAM

Ambassadors must promote responsibly.

Prohibited practices include:

  • mass unsolicited messaging;

  • repeatedly contacting someone who has asked to stop;

  • misleading bulk messages;

  • unauthorised harvesting of contact information;

  • deceptive social-media promotion; and

  • adding individuals to groups without appropriate permission.

Ambassadors should focus on genuine communication with interested people.

24. NO MISLEADING CLAIMS

Ambassadors must describe the opportunity accurately.

They must not state or imply:

  • guaranteed income;

  • guaranteed daily earnings;

  • guaranteed withdrawal;

  • guaranteed employment;

  • guaranteed success;

  • guaranteed platform availability;

  • instant wealth;

  • effortless income; or

  • any other unsupported financial promise.

The correct Bayi Global wording is:

Potential Earning: US$50 for 50 Verified Qualified Referrals.

25. NO MANIPULATION

Ambassadors and referrals must not manipulate:

  • account identities;

  • platform records;

  • screenshots;

  • timestamps;

  • participation evidence;

  • referral codes;

  • qualification records;

  • exchange records; or

  • Bayi Global tracking systems.

Altered or fabricated evidence may result in disqualification.

26. NO PAYMENT TO CREATE FAKE QUALIFICATION

An Ambassador must not pay, bribe or compensate another person merely to create artificial participation or fabricated qualification.

Legitimate promotional expenses are different from manufacturing fake participants.

All referrals must represent genuine participation.

27. NO PASSWORDS OR SECURITY CREDENTIALS

Ambassadors must never request or retain another participant's:

  • password;

  • OTP;

  • PIN;

  • card PIN;

  • private key;

  • recovery phrase;

  • email password; or

  • other confidential security credentials.

Bayi Global does not require these credentials for ordinary referral verification.

28. REFERRAL EVIDENCE

Bayi Global may request reasonable evidence when needed to verify a referral or resolve a dispute.

Evidence may include:

  • referral identifiers;

  • platform usernames/IDs;

  • timestamps;

  • screenshots;

  • registration confirmations;

  • completion status;

  • participant confirmation; or

  • relevant communications.

Only information reasonably necessary for verification should be requested.

29. BAYI GLOBAL FINAL VERIFICATION

A referral does not become final merely because an Ambassador marks it “completed.”

Bayi Global performs the final verification.

Referral statuses may include:

PENDING

IN PROGRESS

COMPLETION PENDING

VERIFICATION PENDING

VERIFIED QUALIFIED

INCOMPLETE

DISQUALIFIED

Only referrals marked VERIFIED QUALIFIED count toward the performance reward.

30. DISPUTED REFERRALS

Where two Ambassadors claim the same participant, Bayi Global may examine the available evidence.

The referral will ordinarily be credited to the Ambassador whose attribution can be most reliably established through the approved process.

Ambassadors must not pressure or intimidate participants into changing legitimate attribution.

31. TRANSFERRING REFERRALS

Ambassadors may not freely transfer, sell or exchange Qualified Referrals between themselves merely to complete batches.

Any exceptional reassignment must be approved by Bayi Global and supported by legitimate circumstances.

32. AMBASSADOR CONDUCT

Ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves professionally.

This includes:

  • treating referrals respectfully;

  • communicating truthfully;

  • respecting privacy;

  • following training;

  • avoiding harassment;

  • avoiding discrimination;

  • protecting Bayi Global's reputation;

  • respecting other Ambassadors;

  • following applicable laws; and

  • complying with legitimate platform requirements.

33. USE OF BAYI GLOBAL BRANDING

Ambassadors may use approved Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors materials for authorised Program promotion.

They may not:

  • materially alter legal disclosures;

  • create unauthorised guarantees;

  • impersonate Bayi Global management;

  • create fake Bayi Global websites;

  • issue unauthorised contracts;

  • misrepresent themselves as employees;

  • falsely claim authority to collect money on Bayi Global's behalf; or

  • use the brand for unrelated activities without permission.

34. COLLECTION OF MONEY FROM REFERRALS

Unless Bayi Global expressly authorises a specific payment process in writing, Ambassadors must not independently collect money from referrals in Bayi Global's name.

Ambassadors must not invent:

  • registration fees;

  • activation fees;

  • training fees;

  • verification fees;

  • processing fees; or

  • compulsory investment requirements.

Where a legitimate third-party platform offers optional paid products or services, those should not be misrepresented as mandatory Bayi Global fees unless they genuinely are part of an expressly disclosed Program requirement.

This rule protects both the participant and Bayi Global's reputation.

35. FREE TRAINING

Where Bayi Global advertises the Digital Ambassadors training as free, an Ambassador may not independently charge applicants for access to that official Bayi Global training.

Any separate service outside the Program must not be falsely represented as compulsory Bayi Global training.

36. WHATSAPP AND TRAINING GROUP CONDUCT

Members of Bayi Global training/support communities must not use those communities for:

  • unrelated advertising;

  • unauthorised recruitment schemes;

  • abusive content;

  • harassment;

  • spam;

  • fraudulent offers;

  • unauthorised financial solicitations; or

  • harvesting other members' contact information.

Bayi Global may remove members who materially violate group rules.

37. PAYMENT VERIFICATION

Once an Ambassador reaches:

50 Verified Qualified Referrals

Bayi Global will conduct final batch verification.

If approved, the batch will progress through:

COMPLETED → VERIFIED → APPROVED → PAYMENT PROCESSING → PAID

The Ambassador may be asked to provide reasonable payment information.

38. PAYMENT TIMEFRAME

For professionalism, I recommend that Bayi Global adopt the following standard:

Approved performance rewards will normally be processed within 7–14 business days following final batch verification.

Where additional verification is genuinely required because of a dispute, suspected fraud, payment-provider issue or compliance concern, processing may take longer.

The Ambassador should be informed where a material delay occurs.

39. PAYMENT METHOD

Bayi Global may determine available payment methods based on:

  • participant location;

  • banking availability;

  • payment-provider availability;

  • transaction costs;

  • compliance requirements; and

  • operational practicality.

Payment instructions will be provided when an Ambassador qualifies.

Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

40. PAYMENT CURRENCY

The Program reward is expressed as:

US$50

Where payment is made in another currency, conversion may be based upon the applicable payment provider or financial institution's exchange rate.

External banking or payment-provider charges may apply.

41. FAILED OR REJECTED PAYMENT

If a payment fails because the Ambassador supplied incorrect payment information, Bayi Global may request corrected information and reprocess the payment where reasonably possible.

Ambassadors must not provide another person's financial account without lawful authority to use it.

42. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

Ambassadors are responsible for understanding any tax or reporting obligations applicable to their performance rewards in their own jurisdiction.

Bayi Global may comply with legally required reporting or withholding obligations where applicable.

43. DISQUALIFICATION OF INDIVIDUAL REFERRALS

A referral may be disqualified where Bayi Global reasonably determines that it involves:

  • fake identity;

  • duplicate participation;

  • bot activity;

  • self-referral;

  • fabricated evidence;

  • manipulated records;

  • material non-completion;

  • prohibited conduct; or

  • another serious qualification failure.

Disqualification of one referral does not automatically disqualify an Ambassador's entire legitimate batch.

That is an important fairness principle.

44. SERIOUS OR SYSTEMATIC FRAUD

Where an Ambassador deliberately creates or coordinates widespread fraudulent participation, Bayi Global may:

  • suspend the Ambassador;

  • investigate affected referrals;

  • remove fraudulent referrals;

  • withhold disputed rewards pending investigation;

  • terminate participation; and

  • take other lawful protective action.

Legitimately earned and unrelated rewards should be treated according to the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

45. CHANGES TO THIRD-PARTY REQUIREMENTS

The Digital Ambassadors Program depends partly upon systems that may be operated by third parties.

If a third-party provider changes its:

  • participation requirements;

  • verification system;

  • qualification structure;

  • points system;

  • exchange mechanism;

  • host requirements;

  • policies; or

  • availability,

Bayi Global may need to update these operational Rules.

Ambassadors will be informed of material changes where reasonably practicable.

46. CURRENT RULES APPLY TO NEW ACTIVITY

Where qualification requirements change, Bayi Global should clearly identify when the new requirements become effective.

As a general fairness principle, Bayi Global should avoid changing the rules after an Ambassador has already properly completed a verified batch, unless correction is required because of fraud, illegality, material error or circumstances beyond Bayi Global's reasonable control.

47. PROGRAM AVAILABILITY

The Program may be modified, temporarily suspended or discontinued where necessary because of:

  • third-party-platform changes;

  • legal or regulatory requirements;

  • security concerns;

  • operational limitations;

  • fraud;

  • commercial changes; or

  • other legitimate reasons.

Participation therefore does not guarantee that the Program will remain available indefinitely.

48. COMMUNICATION OF IMPORTANT CHANGES

Important Program changes may be communicated through approved channels such as:

  • email;

  • WhatsApp training groups;

  • official Bayi Global website;

  • training materials; or

  • Ambassador dashboard/tracking systems where available.

Ambassadors are responsible for reviewing material and program updates communicated through approved channels.

49. QUESTIONS BEFORE PARTICIPATION

Ambassadors should ask questions whenever they do not understand a requirement.

Do not guess. Do not promise. Do not invent an answer for a referral.

Where an Ambassador is uncertain, the correct response is to refer the question to the appropriate Bayi Global support channel.

50. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES

By applying for, becoming activated in, or participating in the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program, each applicant and Ambassador is expected to read, understand and agree to comply with these Rules of Participation.

Participation in the Program constitutes acknowledgement that the Ambassador understands the applicable qualification requirements, referral responsibilities, verification procedures, standards of conduct and performance-reward conditions described in these Rules.

Ambassadors acknowledge that registration or referral submission alone does not create entitlement to a performance reward. Only genuine referrals who successfully complete all applicable qualification requirements and are verified by Bayi Global as Verified Qualified Referrals will count toward a qualifying performance-reward batch.

Ambassadors further acknowledge that the current performance reward is US$50 for each successfully completed and verified batch of 50 Verified Qualified Referrals. Performance rewards are conditional upon successful completion and verification, and no particular level of earnings is guaranteed.

These Rules should be read together with the Digital Ambassadors Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Program Disclaimer.

An applicant who does not agree to comply with these Rules should not proceed with participation in the Program.

51. THE BAYI GLOBAL FAIR-PARTICIPATION PRINCIPLE

REAL PEOPLE. REAL PARTICIPATION. FAIR REWARDS.

Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors is built around genuine participation. We believe Ambassadors who do the work should be rewarded fairly, participants should receive accurate information, and everyone should understand the rules before taking part.

No bots. No fake accounts. No spam. No manipulation. No misleading promises.

Complete the process. Support your referrals. Build your qualifying batch. Get verified. Earn your performance reward.
