Effective Date: 15th September 2026
Last Updated: 16th September 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program (“Program”), operated by Bayi Global Integration FZC LLC, United Arab Emirates (“Bayi Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying for, accepting admission to, or participating in the Program, an applicant or Ambassador (“you,” “your,” or “Ambassador”) agrees to these Terms, the Rules of Participation, Program Disclaimer, applicable privacy notices and any additional Program instructions communicated to you.

1. Nature of the Program

The Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program is a remote, part-time, performance-based referral opportunity.

Ambassadors may introduce genuine individuals to an approved opportunity or participation pathway and provide those individuals with appropriate information, guidance and follow-up in accordance with Bayi Global training.

The Program is based on completed and verified performance, not merely on registrations, clicks, leads or names submitted.

2. No Fixed-Salary Employment

Participation does not constitute fixed-salary employment with Bayi Global.

Ambassadors are not promised:

  • a salary;

  • hourly wages;

  • minimum monthly income;

  • guaranteed working hours;

  • guaranteed referral volume; or

  • guaranteed earnings.

The stated US$50 reward is a performance reward subject to qualification, not a salary for merely joining or spending time in the Program.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as creating rights that applicable law mandatorily grants to a worker regardless of contractual terminology. The actual legal nature of a relationship may depend on applicable law and how the Program operates in practice.

3. Eligibility

Unless Bayi Global expressly states otherwise, an applicant must:

  • be at least 18 years old;

  • provide accurate registration information;

  • have access to a suitable smartphone and internet connection;

  • be capable of communicating with and supporting referrals;

  • complete required orientation and training;

  • be legally permitted to participate from their jurisdiction;

  • comply with applicable Program and third-party-platform rules; and

  • not have been previously removed for fraud or serious misconduct.

Bayi Global may decline an application where legitimate eligibility, compliance, capacity, fraud-prevention or operational concerns exist.

4. Application Does Not Guarantee Acceptance

Submitting an application does not automatically make an applicant a Bayi Global Digital Ambassador.

Bayi Global may review applications before admitting applicants into the Program.

No performance reward accrues merely from completing the application.

5. Training Before Referral Activity

Accepted Ambassadors may be required to complete orientation and practical training before beginning referral activities.

Training may cover:

  • how the Program works;

  • referral procedures;

  • approved communications;

  • participant support;

  • qualification requirements;

  • verification;

  • referral attribution;

  • prohibited practices;

  • third-party-platform procedures;

  • record keeping; and

  • reward qualification.

An Ambassador should understand the process personally before attempting to guide others through it.

6. Ambassador Identification and Referral Attribution

Bayi Global may assign each Ambassador a unique:

Ambassador ID, Ambassador Code, tracking identifier, referral record, or other approved attribution method.

Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring that referrals are properly attributed according to the approved procedure.

Failure to use the required attribution procedure may result in a referral not being credited where Bayi Global cannot reasonably establish who introduced the participant.

Where attribution is disputed, Bayi Global may review available evidence.

7. What Is a Qualified Referral?

A referral becomes a Verified Qualified Referral only when Bayi Global confirms that the referred participant has successfully completed all requirements applicable to the relevant opportunity at that time.

For the current Program pathway, this includes the required stages communicated during training, including genuine registration, required account verification, required participation/completion stages, applicable final qualification or exchange process, proper attribution to the Ambassador, and Bayi Global's final verification.

Registration alone does not qualify.

8. Required Participation

Where the applicable opportunity requires a participant to complete a specified participation period, the participant must satisfy that requirement according to the applicable Program Rules and current third-party-platform requirements.

For the current pathway, Bayi Global's training requires the participant to complete the applicable seven-day participation process and required daily participation period, together with the remaining qualification requirements communicated during training.

The precise operational steps will be contained in the Rules of Participation, rather than hard-coded permanently into these Terms, because third-party platform procedures can change.

9. Verification Requirements

Bayi Global may verify whether a referral:

  • represents a genuine individual;

  • completed the applicable registration;

  • completed required account verification;

  • satisfied participation requirements;

  • completed required qualification stages;

  • completed any applicable final exchange/completion process;

  • is properly attributed to the Ambassador; and

  • otherwise complies with the Program Rules.

Bayi Global may request reasonable evidence when necessary.

10. Performance Reward

Under the current Program structure:

Potential Performance Reward: US$50

Requirement: 50 Verified Qualified Referrals

An Ambassador becomes eligible for consideration for the US$50 performance reward when 50 individual referrals have each been verified by Bayi Global as Qualified Referrals.

For the avoidance of doubt:

50 registrations ≠ US$50.

50 clicks ≠ US$50.

50 leads ≠ US$50.

50 incomplete participants ≠ US$50.

The requirement is:

50 VERIFIED QUALIFIED REFERRALS = US$50 PERFORMANCE REWARD

subject to these Terms and the Rules of Participation.

11. No Guaranteed Earnings

The US$50 amount represents the reward payable upon successful satisfaction and verification of the applicable performance requirement.

It does not mean every Ambassador will earn US$50.

Individual results depend upon factors including the Ambassador's performance, number and quality of referrals, participant completion, compliance, follow-up and successful verification.

Bayi Global does not guarantee any particular income.

12. Incomplete Referrals

A referral that fails to complete the required qualification process will not count as a Verified Qualified Referral.

An Ambassador is not entitled to demand payment for an incomplete or unqualified referral merely because the Ambassador introduced, registered, communicated with or spent time supporting that person.

The reward is based on the defined completed outcome.

13. Ambassador Follow-Up Responsibility

Ambassadors are expected to provide reasonable follow-up to people they introduce.

This may include:

  • ensuring referrals understand the process;

  • directing them to approved training;

  • answering basic questions;

  • reminding them of applicable completion requirements;

  • helping them access appropriate Bayi Global support; and

  • helping coordinate required completion/verification steps.

Ambassadors must never obtain another person's password, OTP, private key, security code or other sensitive credential.

14. Repeat Batches

Successful participation does not end after the first 50 Verified Qualified Referrals.

Subject to continued Program availability and compliance, an Ambassador who completes one qualifying batch may begin another batch.

For example:

Batch 1 → 50 Verified Qualified Referrals → Eligible US$50 Reward

Batch 2 → another 50 Verified Qualified Referrals → Eligible US$50 Reward

Batch 3 → another 50 Verified Qualified Referrals → Eligible US$50 Reward

and so forth while the Program remains available under the applicable rules.

Each batch is independently tracked and verified.

Previous qualified referrals cannot be reused to qualify another batch.

15. No Double Counting

Each genuine participant may normally be credited only once for the applicable qualification event unless Bayi Global expressly establishes otherwise.

The same individual cannot be repeatedly submitted under different Ambassador codes to generate multiple rewards.

16. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited:

Bots • Fake Accounts • Duplicate Accounts • Self-Referrals • Fabricated Referrals • Purchased Fake Accounts • Identity Manipulation • False Verification Evidence • Referral Theft • Spam • Misleading Claims • Unauthorized Earnings Guarantees • Harassment • Manipulation • Impersonation • Circumvention of Qualification Rules

Ambassadors must not encourage referrals to violate third-party-platform rules merely to satisfy Bayi Global qualification requirements.

17. No Misleading Earnings Claims

Ambassadors must not advertise statements such as:

“Guaranteed income.”

“Guaranteed $50.”

“Easy money.”

“Everyone gets paid.”

“Guaranteed daily earnings.”

or any similar claim that misrepresents the Program.

Approved wording includes:

“Potential Earnings: US$50 for 50 Verified Qualified Referrals.”

Ambassadors should clearly communicate that conditions apply.

18. No Unauthorised Representation

An Ambassador may identify themselves as participating in the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program, but may not falsely claim to be:

  • an employee or officer of Bayi Global;

  • authorised to enter into contracts on Bayi Global's behalf;

  • an official representative of a third-party platform;

  • an employee of a third-party platform; or

  • authorised to make guarantees on behalf of Bayi Global or another company.

19. Third-Party Platforms

The Program may involve independent third-party platforms.

Bayi Global does not own or control such platforms unless expressly stated.

Third-party providers may independently change:

  • registration procedures;

  • verification requirements;

  • reward structures;

  • participation requirements;

  • point or coin systems;

  • exchange procedures;

  • withdrawal mechanisms;

  • eligibility;

  • technical features;

  • account policies; or

  • availability.

Bayi Global cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will remain unchanged or continuously available.

20. Changes to Third-Party Platform Requirements

Where a third-party platform materially changes its rules, policies, technical requirements, qualification criteria, reward structures, or operating procedures, Bayi Global may reasonably modify the Program’s qualification process, participation requirements, or related procedures to reflect those changes.

Where reasonably practical, material changes affecting Ambassador participation will be communicated to Ambassadors before they are applied to future activities.

Bayi Global will not retroactively deprive an Ambassador of a reward that has already been properly earned through completed and verified requirements, except where fraud, error, illegality, breach of these Terms, or material misrepresentation is subsequently discovered.

21. Payment Approval

Once an Ambassador reaches 50 Verified Qualified Referrals, Bayi Global will conduct final verification.

Subject to successful verification, the reward will be marked:

Qualified → Approved → Payment Processing → Paid

Bayi Global may request reasonable information necessary to make the payment.

22. Payment Timing

Approved rewards will be processed within the payment timeframe communicated by Bayi Global for the relevant program, project, batch, or payment cycle.

Where a specific payment timeframe applies, it will be stated in the applicable Rules of Participation, Program Guidelines, project instructions, or other official communication issued by Bayi Global.

Payment processing may be subject to completion of required verification, confirmation of qualifying activity, availability of accurate payment information, and any applicable third-party payment processing requirements.

Any delay arising from incomplete or inaccurate information, pending verification, third-party payment providers, banking systems, regulatory requirements, or circumstances reasonably beyond Bayi Global’s control may affect the expected processing timeframe. Where reasonably practical, Bayi Global will communicate material delays affecting approved payments.

23. Payment Costs and Currency Conversion

Unless otherwise stated, rewards are denominated in United States dollars (USD).

Where another currency or payment provider is used, the amount received may be affected by:

  • exchange rates;

  • bank charges;

  • payment-provider fees;

  • intermediary fees; or

  • applicable taxes.

Bayi Global will not be responsible for charges independently imposed by the recipient's financial institution or payment provider unless required by applicable law.

24. Taxes

Ambassadors are responsible for determining and complying with any personal tax, reporting, registration or similar obligations that apply to rewards received in their jurisdiction.

Where Bayi Global is legally required to withhold, report or provide information to an authority, Bayi Global may do so.

25. Fraud Investigation and Payment Holds

Where credible evidence indicates fraud, manipulation, duplicate referrals, false evidence or another material violation, Bayi Global may temporarily place the affected reward under review.

A payment hold should not be arbitrary.

The Ambassador should ordinarily be informed that the relevant referrals are under review and may be given an opportunity to provide evidence.

26. Referral Disputes

Where two or more Ambassadors claim the same participant, referral, or qualifying activity, Bayi Global may review available records and evidence to determine the appropriate attribution.

Evidence considered may include:

  • Ambassador codes or unique identifiers;

  • registration records;

  • referral links or tracking information;

  • dates and timestamps;

  • relevant messages or communications;

  • screenshots;

  • participant confirmation; and

  • any other reliable and relevant evidence.

Bayi Global will make a reasonable determination based on the available evidence and applicable Program Rules or Guidelines.

Where the available evidence is insufficient or conflicting, Bayi Global may request additional information from the Ambassadors or participant concerned before deciding.

27. Record Keeping

Bayi Global may maintain records reasonably necessary to administer:

  • applications;

  • Ambassador IDs;

  • training;

  • referrals;

  • qualification;

  • batches;

  • payments;

  • disputes;

  • fraud prevention; and

  • compliance.

Personal information will be handled according to the applicable Bayi Global privacy documentation.

28. Confidential and Training Materials

Training manuals, internal procedures, videos, templates, tracking systems and other proprietary Bayi Global materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights.

Ambassadors may use materials for authorised Program purposes but may not sell, falsely claim authorship of, materially misrepresent or commercially redistribute proprietary Bayi Global materials without permission.

29. Bayi Global Name and Branding

Participation does not transfer ownership of the:

Bayi Global name, logo, trademarks, designs, training materials, website content or other intellectual property.

Ambassadors must follow branding instructions when promoting the Program.

30. Suspension or Removal

Bayi Global may suspend or remove an Ambassador for material reasons including:

  • fraud;

  • repeated fake referrals;

  • serious misrepresentation;

  • harassment;

  • impersonation;

  • misuse of Bayi Global branding;

  • security violations;

  • manipulation;

  • material violation of Program Rules; or

  • unlawful conduct connected with the Program.

Where appropriate, Bayi Global may investigate before making a final decision.

31. Effect of Termination

Termination does not automatically cancel a performance reward that was legitimately earned and fully qualified before termination, unless the underlying referrals are subsequently shown to have involved fraud, manipulation, error or another disqualifying circumstance.

Incomplete batches normally do not become payable merely because participation ends.

32. Voluntary Withdrawal

Ambassadors may stop participating.

They should notify Bayi Global through the designated channel if they wish to formally withdraw.

Withdrawal does not create an entitlement to payment for referrals that have not satisfied the applicable qualification threshold.

33. Program Modification or Discontinuation

Bayi Global may modify, suspend or discontinue the Program for legitimate business, legal, regulatory, security, operational or third-party-platform reasons.

Where reasonably practicable, Bayi Global should provide notice of material changes.

Already-approved rewards remain subject to applicable payment obligations.

34. No Guarantee of Third-Party Performance

Bayi Global is responsible for administering its own Program obligations but cannot guarantee the operation or continued performance of independent third-party services.

Technical outages, account restrictions, regulatory actions or platform changes outside Bayi Global's reasonable control may affect participation.

35. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bayi Global will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program where such losses result from circumstances outside Bayi Global’s reasonable control, including independent third-party platform outages, suspensions, technical failures, policy changes, service interruptions, or changes to third-party operating requirements.

Bayi Global does not guarantee the continuous availability, functionality, performance, or continued operation of any independent third-party platform, service, payment provider, or technology used in connection with the Program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

36. Indemnity for Ambassador Misconduct

To the extent permitted by applicable law, an Ambassador may be responsible for losses or claims resulting from their own fraud, unlawful conduct, unauthorised representations, infringement of rights or material breach of these Terms.

This does not apply to losses caused by Bayi Global's own unlawful conduct.

37. Complaints and Internal Resolution

Ambassadors should first raise Program complaints through Bayi Global's designated support channel.

Bayi Global should be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate:

  • referral disputes;

  • qualification disputes;

  • payment discrepancies;

  • attribution issues; and

  • alleged Program-rule violations.

38. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the Bayi Global Digital Ambassador Program are intended to be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory laws, regulations, rights, or protections that may apply to particular participants, activities, or transactions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or participation in the Program will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and competent legal procedures of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional requirements that may apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted or excluded under applicable law.

39. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

40. No Waiver

Failure by Bayi Global to immediately enforce a provision does not necessarily constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.

41. Entire Program Agreement

These Terms should be read together with:

Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Rules of Participation
Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Privacy Notice
Program Disclaimer
Applicable Bayi Global Privacy Policy
and any specific written Program instructions incorporated into the participation arrangement.

42. Changes to These Terms

Bayi Global may update these Terms where reasonably necessary.

Material changes affecting future performance requirements should be communicated appropriately.

The latest version should display its effective date and last-updated date.

43. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By applying for or participating in the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Rules of Participation and Program Disclaimer.

You further acknowledge that you understand the performance-based nature of the Program and that participation or registration alone does not guarantee earnings or create an entitlement to a performance reward.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not apply for or participate in the Program.
