1. INTRODUCTION

Bayi Global Integration FZC LLC (“Bayi Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who visit our websites, apply to or participate in the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program, communicate with us, join our training or support communities, or otherwise interact with our services.

This Privacy Policy explains how Bayi Global may collect, use, store, verify, share, protect and otherwise process personal information in connection with the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program.

The Program is an international, remote, performance-based referral opportunity. It is not a fixed-salary employment arrangement. Because applicants, Ambassadors and referred participants may be located in different countries, Bayi Global seeks to process personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our:

Terms & Conditions | Rules of Participation | Program Disclaimer

By submitting an application or otherwise providing personal information to Bayi Global, you acknowledge that you have been provided with this Privacy Policy. Where consent is the applicable basis for a particular processing activity, we will seek that consent as required.

2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INFORMATION?

The party responsible for the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program is:

Bayi Global Integration FZC LLC
Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Website: [Insert official Bayi Global website]
Privacy Email: [Insert official privacy/contact email]
General Contact: [Insert official contact information]

For purposes of applicable data-protection law, Bayi Global may act as a data controller in relation to personal information that it determines how and why to process.

Independent third-party platforms used in connection with the Program may separately determine how they process information provided directly to them and may therefore act as separate controllers under their own privacy policies.

3. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with the Program, we may collect the following categories of information.

A. Applicant and Ambassador Information

This may include:

  • Full name

  • Country of residence

  • Age or confirmation that you meet the minimum age requirement

  • Email address

  • Telephone/WhatsApp number

  • Preferred communication method

  • Application date

  • Program status

  • Ambassador identification or tracking code

  • Training status

  • Referral batch information

  • Payment information necessary to process an earned reward

  • Communications between you and Bayi Global concerning the Program

B. Referral Attribution Information

To determine which Ambassador introduced a participant, we may process information such as:

  • Ambassador referral code

  • Referral source

  • Participant name or platform username

  • Relevant platform user ID, where necessary

  • Registration date

  • Referring Ambassador

  • Referral batch

  • Referral status

  • Qualification status

  • Completion status

  • Verification status

  • Exchange/completion status where applicable

  • Date the referral became qualified

This information allows Bayi Global to prevent disputes, duplicate claims and fraudulent attribution.

C. Participation and Performance Information

Because Ambassador rewards depend on verified completion rather than registration alone, Bayi Global may maintain records showing whether required stages have been completed.

These may include:

Registered → Account Verified → Participation Requirements Completed → Required Completion Process Completed → Exchange/Final Qualification Completed → Bayi Global Verified → Qualified Referral

We may also maintain aggregate records such as:

0/50, 10/50, 25/50, 40/50, 50/50 Qualified Referrals.

These records are used to administer the Program and determine whether performance conditions have been satisfied.

D. Evidence Submitted for Verification

Where reasonably necessary to investigate or verify a referral, we may request limited supporting evidence such as:

  • screenshots;

  • completion confirmations;

  • platform status information;

  • transaction or exchange confirmation;

  • referral attribution evidence;

  • relevant communication records; or

  • other reasonable evidence establishing completion or attribution.

Ambassadors and participants should not submit passwords, PINs, one-time passwords (OTPs), complete bank-card details, wallet private keys, recovery phrases or other account credentials to Bayi Global.

Bayi Global will never require an Ambassador to disclose such credentials for ordinary Program verification.

E. Communications

If you communicate with us through WhatsApp, email, forms, our website, video meetings or other approved channels, we may process information contained in those communications.

This can include questions, support requests, complaints, training-related communications and correspondence concerning disputed referrals.

F. Technical and Website Information

When you visit our website or landing pages, our website provider and associated technologies may automatically process information such as:

  • IP address;

  • device type;

  • browser type;

  • operating system;

  • referring webpage;

  • pages visited;

  • approximate location derived from technical information;

  • cookie identifiers;

  • session information;

  • website interactions; and

  • analytics information.

Where legally required, non-essential cookies or similar technologies will be subject to appropriate notice and/or consent.

4. INFORMATION WE DO NOT NEED FROM YOU

Bayi Global follows the principle of data minimisation.

Unless specifically required for a legitimate, lawful and disclosed purpose, applicants should not provide:

  • banking passwords;

  • email passwords;

  • social-media passwords;

  • third-party platform passwords;

  • OTP/security codes;

  • cryptocurrency private keys;

  • seed/recovery phrases;

  • unnecessary identity documents;

  • unnecessary medical information;

  • unnecessary financial information; or

  • personal information about unrelated third parties.

Please do not send sensitive or confidential information that Bayi Global has not requested.

5. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

Information may be collected:

  • directly from you;

  • through Bayi Global application or registration forms;

  • through our website;

  • through approved Google Workspace forms;

  • through email;

  • through WhatsApp or other approved communication channels;

  • during Program training or support;

  • from records generated during participation;

  • from Ambassadors concerning referrals attributed to them;

  • from third-party platforms where information is legitimately available to Bayi Global;

  • from screenshots or other evidence voluntarily submitted for verification; and

  • from website hosting, analytics or security systems.

6. WHY WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Bayi Global may process personal information for legitimate Program and business purposes including:

Application administration — receiving, reviewing and administering applications.

Program registration — creating an Ambassador record and assigning an Ambassador identification/tracking code.

Training and support — providing orientation, training materials, updates and assistance.

Referral attribution — identifying which Ambassador introduced a participant.

Qualification verification — determining whether a referral has satisfied the required criteria.

Fraud prevention — identifying bots, fabricated referrals, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, manipulated records or other prohibited conduct.

Reward administration — calculating, approving, recording and processing performance rewards.

Dispute resolution — investigating disagreements concerning attribution, qualification, payments or Program rules.

Security — protecting Bayi Global, applicants, Ambassadors and participants against abuse, fraud and unauthorized access.

Legal and regulatory compliance — maintaining records or making disclosures where required by applicable law or lawful authority.

Program improvement — understanding how the Program performs and improving training, support, processes and user experience.

Communications — sending operational information concerning applications, training, Program requirements, qualification, rewards and important Program changes.

7. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Depending upon the circumstances and applicable law, Bayi Global may process personal information based upon:

  • your consent;

  • steps requested by you before entering an agreement;

  • performance or administration of an agreement with you;

  • compliance with applicable legal obligations;

  • establishment, exercise or defence of legal rights or claims; and

  • other lawful grounds available under applicable legislation.

Consent will not be treated as the sole legal basis where another lawful basis properly applies.

Under the UAE PDPL, consent is central to personal-data processing, while the law also recognises circumstances in which processing may lawfully occur without consent, including where necessary to perform a contract or take requested pre-contractual steps and for certain legal claims and obligations.

8. GOOGLE WORKSPACE AND APPLICATION FORMS

Bayi Global may use Google Workspace, including Google Forms and Google Sheets, to receive and administer Ambassador applications, assign or record Ambassador codes, monitor Program status and maintain operational records.

Information submitted through a Bayi Global application form may therefore be processed using the relevant third-party technology provider.

Applicants should only provide the information specifically requested on the official Bayi Global form.

Where feasible, access to Program spreadsheets and administrative records should be restricted to authorised Bayi Global personnel who require access for legitimate Program administration.

9. WHATSAPP AND TRAINING COMMUNITIES

Bayi Global may operate WhatsApp groups or other communication communities for Ambassador training, announcements and support.

Applicants should understand that joining a group may make certain profile information visible to other group participants, depending upon the platform's functionality and the individual's privacy settings.

This may include a participant's:

  • display name;

  • profile image;

  • telephone number;

  • status or profile information; and

  • messages posted within the group.

Participants should review their WhatsApp privacy settings before joining.

Bayi Global will not treat a training group as a secure location for transmitting highly confidential financial information, passwords or identity documents.

10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The Program may involve independent third-party websites, applications, payment providers, communication services or digital platforms.

When an applicant or participant leaves a Bayi Global website and uses a third-party platform, information submitted directly to that platform may be governed by that platform's own:

  • privacy policy;

  • terms of service;

  • account rules;

  • security practices; and

  • data-retention procedures.

Bayi Global does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party platforms.

The inclusion or use of a third-party platform within the Program does not mean Bayi Global owns or controls that platform.

This distinction is particularly important for the Digital Ambassadors Program.

11. REFERRAL PRIVACY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ambassadors must respect the privacy of people they introduce to the Program.

An Ambassador must not:

  • obtain personal information through deception;

  • purchase unauthorized contact databases;

  • scrape personal information unlawfully;

  • impersonate another person;

  • add people to groups without appropriate permission;

  • submit false personal information;

  • disclose another participant's confidential information publicly;

  • use personal information for harassment or spam; or

  • retain sensitive information unnecessarily.

Where possible, referred individuals should submit their own personal information through the official registration process rather than having an Ambassador complete sensitive fields on their behalf.

12. CHILDREN AND MINORS

The Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program is intended for persons 18 years of age or older.

Bayi Global does not knowingly recruit minors as Digital Ambassadors.

If we become aware that personal information relating to a minor has been improperly submitted for participation in the Program, we may remove the individual from the Program and take appropriate steps regarding the information, subject to legal and record-retention requirements.

13. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

Bayi Global does not sell applicants' or Ambassadors' personal information as part of this Program.

Personal information may, however, be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

  • authorized Bayi Global personnel;

  • service providers assisting with hosting, forms, communications, analytics, security or administration;

  • payment or financial-service providers necessary to process approved rewards;

  • professional advisers such as accountants, auditors or legal advisers;

  • relevant third-party platforms where required to administer participation;

  • government, regulatory, judicial or law-enforcement authorities where legally required; or

  • parties involved in a legitimate corporate restructuring, acquisition, merger or transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.

Service providers should receive only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

14. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Because Bayi Global operates internationally and participants may reside in multiple countries, personal information may be processed or stored outside the country in which an applicant resides.

For example, cloud, communications and technology providers may operate infrastructure across several jurisdictions.

Where applicable, Bayi Global will seek to use lawful mechanisms and reasonable safeguards for international transfers.

This is particularly important because the UAE PDPL expressly regulates the transfer and sharing of personal data across borders.

15. DATA SECURITY

Bayi Global seeks to implement reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed.

These may include:

  • restricting access to authorized personnel;

  • protecting administrative accounts with strong authentication;

  • using access-controlled Google Workspace resources;

  • limiting unnecessary data collection;

  • separating public information from administrative records;

  • maintaining appropriate backup and recovery procedures;

  • monitoring suspicious activity where appropriate;

  • limiting sharing of sensitive records;

  • removing access when no longer required; and

  • securely deleting or anonymizing information where appropriate.

However, no internet transmission, cloud service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Applicants should also protect their own accounts, devices and credentials.

16. DATA BREACHES AND SECURITY INCIDENTS

If Bayi Global becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will assess the incident and take reasonable measures to contain, investigate and remediate it.

Where notification to affected individuals or competent authorities is required by applicable law, Bayi Global will seek to make the required notification in accordance with those requirements.

The UAE privacy framework specifically addresses organisational duties to secure personal information and procedures relating to personal-data breaches.

17. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

Bayi Global will not intentionally retain personal information indefinitely merely because it has been collected.

Retention periods may depend upon:

  • whether an application remains active;

  • duration of Program participation;

  • referral qualification and reward records;

  • outstanding payment obligations;

  • fraud-prevention needs;

  • complaints or disputes;

  • accounting requirements;

  • contractual requirements;

  • legal limitation periods;

  • regulatory requirements; and

  • legitimate record-keeping requirements.

Information that is no longer reasonably required should be securely deleted, anonymised or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements.

Some information may need to be retained after an Ambassador leaves the Program where reasonably necessary to establish payment history, prevent duplicate/fraudulent claims, comply with legal obligations or defend legal rights.

18. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, individuals may have rights concerning their personal information, including rights to:

  • be informed about how information is processed;

  • request access to information held about them;

  • obtain information concerning processing;

  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;

  • request deletion where legally available;

  • request restriction or cessation of certain processing;

  • object to certain processing;

  • request transfer/portability where applicable;

  • withdraw consent where processing relies upon consent; and

  • raise a complaint regarding the handling of their information.

The UAE PDPL expressly recognises rights including correction, deletion in qualifying circumstances, and restriction of processing.

Requests can be sent to:

Privacy Contact: [info@bayiglobalintegration.com]

We may need to reasonably verify the identity of the requester before fulfilling a privacy request

.

19. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM

An Ambassador may stop participating in the Program subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions and any outstanding obligations.

Leaving the Program does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record.

Bayi Global may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for:

  • previously earned or disputed rewards;

  • accounting;

  • fraud prevention;

  • legal obligations;

  • resolving complaints;

  • enforcement of Program rules; or

  • establishment, exercise or defence of legal rights.

20. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Program administration communications and promotional marketing are different.

Bayi Global may send necessary operational communications concerning:

  • applications;

  • training;

  • qualification requirements;

  • Program changes;

  • referral status;

  • reward status;

  • security; and

  • account or participation matters.

Where separate consent is required for promotional marketing communications, Bayi Global should obtain it and provide an appropriate method for individuals to unsubscribe.

Opting out of promotional marketing does not necessarily prevent Bayi Global from sending essential Program administration or legal communications.

21. AUTOMATED PROCESSING AND HUMAN REVIEW

Bayi Global may use spreadsheets, formulas, tracking systems or other digital tools to assist with Program administration and referral tracking.

However, where a material dispute arises regarding qualification, attribution, fraud or a performance reward, Bayi Global should be able to conduct a human review of relevant evidence rather than relying solely upon an automated result.

22. FRAUD PREVENTION AND INVESTIGATIONS

To protect genuine Ambassadors and Bayi Global, we may process relevant information to investigate suspected:

  • bots;

  • fake accounts;

  • duplicate accounts;

  • self-referrals;

  • identity manipulation;

  • fabricated completion evidence;

  • referral theft;

  • unauthorised Ambassador codes;

  • collusion;

  • spam;

  • manipulation of qualification requirements; or

  • other violations of Program rules.

Investigation records may be retained where reasonably necessary to protect the Program, establish facts or defend legal rights.

23. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Applicants and Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate information and informing Bayi Global when relevant information materially changes.

Submitting false, misleading or fabricated information may result in rejection, disqualification or other action permitted under the Terms & Conditions and Rules of Participation.

24. PRIVACY OF REFERRED PARTICIPANTS

This is an area I particularly want Bayi Global to handle carefully.

Ambassadors should not create a private database containing all their referrals' personal information.

Instead, our system should work primarily through:

Ambassador Code → Official Registration/Platform Process → Qualification Tracking → Bayi Global Verification.

The Ambassador needs enough information to support their referrals, but should not receive unnecessary identity or financial information.

That architecture substantially reduces Bayi Global's privacy exposure.

25. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Bayi Global may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Digital Ambassador Program, our data-processing practices, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or the services and technologies used to operate the Program.

Where an update materially affects how we collect, use, store, share, or otherwise process personal information, Bayi Global will take reasonable steps to communicate the change to affected Digital Ambassadors or applicants, where appropriate.

The updated Privacy Policy will be made available through the Bayi Global website or other official Program channels, together with its effective or last-updated date.

Where required by applicable law, Bayi Global will obtain any additional consent that may be necessary before applying a material change to the processing of personal information.

26. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC RIGHTS

Because the Bayi Global Digital Ambassadors Program may receive applications internationally, applicants may have additional rights under the laws of their country or region.

Where a mandatory local privacy requirement applies and provides protections that cannot lawfully be waived by this Privacy Policy, Bayi Global will seek to comply with that requirement.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to remove a privacy right that cannot legally be excluded.

27. GOVERNING PRIVACY FRAMEWORK

Bayi Global Integration FZC LLC operates from the United Arab Emirates.

Accordingly, this Privacy Policy is designed with reference to applicable UAE data-protection requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 Regarding the Protection of Personal Data, while recognising that mandatory privacy laws in other jurisdictions may also apply to particular processing activities.

The UAE's official government guidance describes the federal law as establishing an integrated framework for confidentiality, privacy, data governance, processing obligations, individual rights and international data transfers.
